• Patient name or internal reference identifier.
• Order details, case status, treatment plan data, and related files.
• Phone number used to send WhatsApp order and invoice notifications.

• To process, manufacture, and deliver Directly Printed Aligner orders.
• To send order status, invoicing, and shipment updates.
• To coordinate between the clinic and our lab operations team.
• To respond to support requests and resolve issues.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta to send official order, invoice, and status notifications to the phone numbers you provide.

Message delivery and read status are handled by Meta in accordance with its own privacy practices. WhatsApp business messaging is only used for transactional communications related to our service.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (for example, hosting and WhatsApp messaging infrastructure).
